ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE BEYOND THE GRID

MAKE POWER
ABUNDANT.
EVERYWHERE.

A network that moves power by laser to where it is needed, and a logistics system that moves structures manufactured on the Moon into space at industrial cadence. MUSEN is building both infrastructures toward a Dyson swarm.

MUSEN is a laser wireless power and space infrastructure project operated by Granicus LLC.

THE END STATE

POST-SCARCITYDOES NOT RUNWITHOUT ENERGY.

As AI, robotics, electric transport, and manufacturing scale, civilization is constrained by the amount of usable energy it can access. MUSEN is developing the two infrastructures required to build a Dyson swarm.

AXIS A / ENERGY DELIVERY

LASER POWER NETWORK

From generation regions through a low-Earth-orbit satellite network to demand centers—and eventually from near-Sun power satellites to Earth orbit. Convert electricity into a high-quality laser, relay and route it, then convert it back into useful power.

ENERGY DELIVERY ↗
AXIS B / MASS SUPPLY

LUNAR LOGISTICS

Manufacture power-satellite structures from lunar resources and launch them repeatedly with a mass driver. Capture and transfer the cargo in orbit, then supply construction orbits near the Sun at scale.

CONVERGENCE / THE DESTINATION

DYSON SWARM

One system expands the power-satellite fleet. The other delivers the power it generates wherever it is needed.

Concept linking terrestrial generation, low-Earth-orbit satellites, aircraft, and demand facilities with laser beams

AXIS A / ENERGY DELIVERY / EARTH

BEAM POWER
THROUGH ORBIT.

Move surplus generation from where it is abundant to cities, factories, and data centers where power is scarce. A multi-hop laser route through a low-Earth-orbit satellite network is not constrained by the geography or construction timeline of transmission lines.

HOW IT WORKS
CONCEPT VISUAL

WHY A NEW EARTH POWER ROUTE

POWER EXISTS.
THE ROUTE DOES NOT.

The best places to generate power are often far from the cities, factories, and data centers that need it most. New generation cannot serve demand if grid interconnection and transmission construction cannot keep pace.

OUR RESPONSE / INITIAL DEPLOYMENT TARGET / NOT YET DEMONSTRATED

Wherever the required land, equipment, safety measures, and permits are secured, our wireless power system targets same-day energization.

Concept of laser power delivery from a low-Earth-orbit satellite network to an electric aircraft in cruise

AXIS A / ENERGY DELIVERY / AVIATION

POWER THE
CRUISE.

One of the main constraints on long-range electric aviation is the battery mass required to carry cruise energy. Above the clouds, power can be delivered from low Earth orbit while onboard storage remains for takeoff, landing, route handover, safe shutdown, and reserve.

AXIS B / MASS SUPPLY / LUNAR LOGISTICS

LAUNCH MASS
FROM THE MOON.

Manufacture solar panels and structural material on the Moon, then launch one payload every three minutes with a mass driver. After capture, orbit change, and additional propulsion, move the cargo at scale to construction orbits near the Sun.

CONVERGENCE / THE DESTINATION

BUILD
THE SWARM.

Not a single shell, but a large fleet of independent power satellites. Lunar logistics carries the structures that expand the fleet; the laser power network delivers near-Sun generation to low Earth orbit and onward to demand centers.

FOUNDING TEAM / RECRUITING NOW

YOU DO NOT NEED
TO KNOW ALL OF IT.

You only need deep, hands-on experience with one hard boundary: high-power CW sources, space optics and PAT, dynamic routing, photovoltaic conversion and power electronics, mass drivers, orbital capture, or lunar manufacturing. We are assembling a founding team from people who have built and measured real systems.
